1. Information we collect
When you create an account, we collect your email address. We do not collect or store a password — sign-in is handled via a one-time magic link sent to your email. When you make a purchase, we record the banner purchased, the tier and price paid, and the purchase date. If you generate a programmatic API key, we store a cryptographic hash of that key, not the key itself.
2. Payment information
All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not collect, transmit, or store your card number or other payment credentials on our servers — Stripe handles that directly and shares with us only the confirmation that a payment succeeded.
3. The data we sell
The store, demographic, and public-program data available for purchase in the catalog is compiled from publicly available and licensed sources, including retailer store locators, the U.S. Census Bureau's American Community Survey, the Department of Energy's Alternative Fuels Data Center, and USDA SNAP retailer data. It does not include personal information about individuals.
4. How we use your information
We use your account information to authenticate you, fulfill purchases, enforce entitlement to the data you've bought, and communicate with you about your account. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
5. Data retention
We retain your account and purchase records for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal information by contacting us.
